Neo. The Only. The One.
THE ONE
I didn't like the last one
I disagree with that homie. For me, the movie said he didn’t do much living. And he didn’t. Joe was a miserable dude most of the time and ignored everything for one goal. Most artists who live like that aren’t happy. They end up shytty and mad at the world and holding grievances on pretty much everything and towards everyone. If Joe was inspired by his father to play Jazz and that was his passion then he should have been given the chance to experience that euphoria when he finally got what he’d been working for his entire life. Instead it felt “Hollow”. Why? Because apparently he didn’t understand the meaning of “life”? Black men pursuing dreams and WANTING to have a purpose. Something to aspire to, is an issue? He actually ENDS the movie with no idea whatsoever what he wants out of life. fukk that
YupIs this ole boy from TWD?

I didn’t take it as he had no idea what he wanted. But that he would finally allow himself to enjoy what was going on and enjoy his life rather than judging everyone without knowing them or not seeing the bigger picture. I think that’s a good message to give to anyone because it’s about being well adjusted.
