Their logic is nuts:mindblown: It's like saying let's not rescue the shipping sink because we might save the rich passengers too.

I forgot who said it but somebody has a great point stating working class ppl didn’t want to pay off student loan debt.

45 million out of 320 million people in the us have debt.
15% of the nation :francis:

Idk if that’s going to look good at the general election

Keisha Lance Bottoms out here supporting Biden for Stacy Abrams

#blackgirlmagic :wow:

A southern black woman who dates or marries black men will end up in the White House, not Harris:ufdup:

Same working class wants everyone else to help them out tho..

Plus a lot of that working class is carrying student debt. A lot never finished college and are still responsible for paying it back.

That working class may have kids with loan debt .
Or they may have kids of their own who they want to attend college but are worried about how the hell they would pay for it.Not having to worry about how to pay for it would lift a tremendous burden

Loan cancellation and Free College ain’t that hard of a sell.

I thought that too. But the numbers say otherwise.

If you take out 25% of 322 million for people under 18.

44 million out of 241 million is 20% of people. That’s not a lot of ppl :yeshrug:

Anything else that would be at 20% would be a no go :francis:

I’m starting to think that due to my age (millennial) and knowing tons of ppl with student debt with no degrees, other generations were like that as well. But the numbers emphatically say that’s not the case :patrice:

I just don’t think it’s as popular as millennial ppl think it is:manny:

Yup let's just drown in debt :francis:
I think student loan debt is important but the system behind why the debt exist is the real issue . Schools.. public schools as well as private need to be regulated, schools are charging too much we need to have a average price for 2 year 4 year etc like many countries in Europe do regardless of the university you're attending. Another thing free tuition is nice and all but how the fukk is all these things supposed to get voted on and paid for

Debt relief
Free education
Free universal health care

:mjtf: who the fukk voting for all this shyt let's be realistic here, and how the hell is the United states supposed to be able to afford all that?

Even if it's just 20%, that's 20% of people who instead of paying debt can put pump that money into the economy, so it's still good policy.
