lotterys fixed....people never wonder why this "lottery" is never televised, but the results are? Its all about marketing. Lebron staying home, derrick rose in chicago, even those years cleveland kept getting the number one pick (anthony bennet the woat) was really about giving the cavs chips for that eventual lebron come back. I really wont be suprised to see zion in chicago or new york. NBA knows its time to get those two teams back innit.

But then won the #1 overall pick in 5 out of the remaining 15
