Blue Jackets back in the playoffs, bout to give Toronto that work @Lord ScarfKinda surprised they're waiting that long for training camps. I would guess they'll have one hub city in each country.

Panarin was having an incredible year but him finishing 5th isn't outrageous. The Rangers are second to last in their division (granted, their point percentage is higher and they were one win away from jumping three spots). The other four were on teams with better records.
To me, MacKinnon should win it because he had the least amount of help relative to the others in the top five and his team had the second best point percentage in the league.
The Rangers were two points out of the final playoff spot before the season was suspended. His line was Ryan Strome and Jesper Fast.
Mack was playing with bums while Landeskog and Mikko were out and the team didn't miss a beat. We're not gonna act like Zibanejad hasn't been a monster this season and helping carry that team too.
He's played 57 games to Panarin's 69.Mika missed over a month and a half due to a concussion. Panarin was why they were in a position to be in playoff contention when he came back.
After seeing a certain brother tap dancing, this is refreshing...
