I would have given up a first round pick to just to get rid of him. To get a first rounder for him back is straight up robbery.

Thibs is killing it so far this off-season. He's two more moves from turning the Wolves into a 50 win team in 2018. He needs to sign George Hill and JaVale McGee. If he does that, the Wolves will be contenders.

Is spacing a concept that is foreign to you? Ricky Rubio is literally the worst possible player to have alongside guys like Wiggins, Butler, and Towns. HE CAN'T SHOOT!!! That would be disaster alongside those 3 scorers. When you have 3 guys like that who can create their own shot, you don't need a ball dominant PG who can't shoot.

Idk about McGee but Wolves should get Lowry, one of the best PG defenders in the league and can stretch the floor.

Is he a rim protector that you can build a defense around?

If not, then he's useless for Minnesota. They need a legit rim protector. Not a decent defender at PF.

Most of the league's top defenses didn't have elite rim protection. The league is going the way of having versatile defenders being far more important than elite rim protection and Milisap is one of the most versatile defenders out there. The man was 2nd team all defense last year and just missed making it this year.

I wonder if Wolves are looking at Teague as a cheaper alternative so they can still chase Milisap.

I'd rather pay Lowry a little more than sign Teague.

Only rationale for this would be they want to play with more pace since they don't have a ton of shooters and Teague would probably be better in that regard than Lowry.
