where is Vince goin?

Jason Terry?

Mike Miller?

Matt Barnes?
VC | Toronto, Golden State, Cleveland, Memphis, retirement tour where it all started, ring chase, or back to Memphis he likes it there
Jet | back in Milwaukee, I think Kidd likes his veteran presence
Miller | think he's done IMO
Barnes | back in GS, he loves GS from the We Believe days and he's a NorCal dude, can be a decent 3&D+enforcer still too

I just don't know if they want to overhaul since the last few years is the first time they've been good in so long, matter of fact its the best they've been in franchise history. Clippers East from the 6 is better than being the irrelevant Canadian team they was. The questions are how good is Lowry going to be through that duration of that contract? Also, DeRozan is 27 technically in his prime, they gave him a big extension just to blow the team up?

I think the Raptors need to...

-fire Dwane Casey, they need a coach with actual offensive sets, every year the offense goes to crap in the playoffs

-they need to start Norman Powell and look to trade DeMarre Carroll and see what Delon Wright has so look to trade Cory Jo if they re-sign Lowry

-give PT to Bruno Caboclo, I haven't seen shyt from the "Brazilian Kevin Durant" he's going to be a restricted FA next year

-trade Jonas Valanciunas, Bismack Biyombo seems to be more of what this team needed, Lucas Noguiera can bring that type of stuff

-sign shooters 20th in the league in 3PT%, all them bricks they shot against Cleveland smh

-DeRozan needs to build at least a league average 3PT, he is a great slasher and midrange guy

-bring back P.J. Tucker, he brings 3&D, rebounding, and some much needed toughness to this soft team

-let Ibaka walk, he played decent for them but he won't be worth the contract and his shot blocking has fell off a lot, the question comes up is Ibaka really "27"

-Let Patrick Patterson walk

Oh, and for nostalgia purposes... :youngsabo:

I hear all that but I don't like it. Team is fraudulent, but I see the benefit of keeping around a great regular season team especially with those rabid fans in Toronto. They really come out and support that team during the playoffs so I can definitely respect that. Their situation feels a lot different from teams like ours because we still have enough flexibility to move chess pieces and still give promising looks to the future. That doesn't really exist in Toronto, so we'll see.

If I'm Masai though I'm letting him walk. :francis:

On The Jump they asked him if he'd be willing to go to GS and he said he's open to it if he doesn't have to ride the bench. I could see it happening.

Also, with Steph and KD getting their extensions, it's going to be tough to bring back Livingston and Iguodala. Those guys are huge parts of the team and they can command bread on the free agency market. I personally still think Iggy has juice to start in this league and could command $15-18M a year on the open market.

What y'all think of a potential Iguodala return to Philadelphia? :mjpls:

They could use a professional, veteran, champion to add to that young core...

Also back to the Dubs those are not their only key free agents. I think Ian Clark has played well enough to get a pay day elsewhere, ZaZa, JaVale, David West (possible retirement after ring chasing :jbhmm:), Matt Barnes are all free agents as well :wow:
Well it looks like Steph is getting that supermax and KD is going to take a bit less than max. The first thing the Dubs decided to do is negotiate Iguodala's contract.

Look like he's staying :francis:
NBA free agency: Warriors' negotiations to re-sign Iguodala reportedly almost done

It's almost complete already, I'm sure Iggy took a step paycut compared to what he would get in the open market. Probably $8-12M, compared to the $15-18M other teams could offer. Dude is too valuable to the team still a premier perimeter defender and a guy who can score, pass, rebound. Knowing that Iggy is a tech investor/venture capitalist guy off the court and the success of the Warriors seems like a no brainer why he wants to stay in Silicon Valley/The Bay.
What NBA star Andre Iguodala is learning as a tech investor

Iggy is like the modern day Michael Cooper now... :wow:

Livingston probably next :francis:

Livingston will be a much more open-ended situation and it’s a coin-flip whether he stays with the Warriors.

Notably, Livingston has given every indication that he’d prefer to stay with the Warriors, and the Warriors clearly would love to bring him back, but both sides understand that there are many factors in play here.

Livingston, 31, has never made huge money, has been through catastrophic injury, plays a valuable position, and if he gets a large multi-year offer, it’s probable that the Warriors won’t match it.

Richard Jefferson considering retirement, still has some spring in his legs though :manny:
"I don't know what I'm about to do next season," Jefferson said. "The only way I would come back would be if these m-----f-----s figure this s--- out. Honestly, at the end of the day, coming back alone was not only worth the experience but also worth 'Road Trippin',' man. This s--- was cool, man, because we gave fans something that they had never f---ing seen."

I think he returns if the Cavs make a big splash like getting a player like Melo. If not we'll see him return as an assistant coach like Juwan Howard.
"Whatever you do, R.J., you know you got a home here," James said. "You got a home here in Cleveland."
