He's not getting that. He's pretty old at 28 and you think he'd get paid that for looking great in a few playoff games? Don't think any team actually has 20 mill in cap space. Look what KCP got. I'm thinking he's going to get around 8 mill a year but he was thinking he's going to get paid more than that. Market is dry.

Nets will probably sign him because of marks.They had interest ,I think nets,suns and hawks the only teams left wit somewhat significant cap space.

Suns and Hawks are gonna suck so it doesn't make sense to sign simmons

If a contender gets him for sub-15 mil on a 3 or shorter year deal that will be money well spent. Hes a good player

fukk is the point of signing Holiday to a max deal and then pursuing Rondo? Might as well have got Rondo for the cheap, thrown Holiday in the bushes, and filled out the depth of the roster. AD is really wasting his time there, that Twin Towers is going to waste.

Rondo has shot over 35% from 3 over the past 3 seasons and over 40% from the corner in that same time

Jrue plays exponentially better at SG when AD and Cousins share the floor

Rondo is shooting league average %'s from three on limited volume, still struggles to knock down FT's, he shot 5 of 34 (15%) from 10-16 feet and 37 of 110 (33.5%) from 16 feet to the three point line. Rondo ain't a shooter, I know Jrue plays better as a 2. My point still stands that you need depth and three point shooting.

There's a storm brewing over there in San Antonio.. We don't know what's about to happen but they're up to something...

Not a fan of them keeping Lap*ssy Softridge or Danny Green or Kyle Anderson but if Kawhi stays healthy he is going to drag them to the WCF again and if everyone just doesn't have their worst playoff performances ever it will be a toss up between them and GS...

People don't seem to realize that during the playoffs, every single player on the spurs team not named Kawhi Leonard or Tony Parker either had their worst playoff ever...second worst playoff ever...or had never played in the playoffs before...

Unlike all these other teams who have all these one way "stars" who are complete trash on one end of the floor...the spurs have a guy who at times can be the best guy on both ends of the floor...

There are like 3 guys in the nba who can just about solo your team...and kawhi is one of them...
