Just because we have a potential logjam doesn't mean we should just give players away

i wouldn't be surprised if you all just didn't end up overpaying for galanari and bringing the same team back.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I don't like Simmons at all... he's soft as fukk
9 years of Simmons or skal isn't worth passing up to take a chance on someone as unpredictable as cousins

They'll go after cousins hard but that pick won't be on the table

You don't like him now because he's on another team, just like how you flipped the script on Fultz in the last week, when all year you were talking about them...until another team got them.

You act like I'd be upset

I'm just telling you what I'm hearing

Doesn't mean I want them

I've been pretty vocal in preferring Griffin over Hayward

And I'm obviously really high on brown and Tatum

You don't get it, Brown's value was at it's highest when he was drafted, the more he plays and the more he comes off the bench the lower his value will get.

His value is definitely higher now then it was when he was drafted. He was not a popular pick. The point is he needs to start now, he's not going to get better without playing. You can bring along a top draft pick for a year if you're good team, maybe two but that's really pushing it.

Brown should have a major role on the Celtics this year and Tatum should have a major role on the team by next season in my opinion. You can't do that if Hayward and George are the roster.

If Brown is somehow stuck on the bench again this year, no agent is going instruct their cleints to speak or workout with the Celtics next draft (Brooklyn appears to be worse after the trade).

You never found anything where I'm declaring my love for fultz huh? Lol

So what if I didn't wanna trade number one for cousins, I was right on that

Fultz can play three positions

What are you talking about? They needed a second go to scorer after Isaiah

Fultz can't be that guy?

Isaiah will be taken care of.

He's a sixth man on a championship team

He can play with fultz easily tho and the Celtics like multiple ball handlers

Isaiah as the sixth man on a championship team, which means you thought Fultz would be a championship level PG

While many view the logjam at the small forward position as an issue, the Celtics are looking to build for the future as they might be looking to resemble a similar lineup to that of the Golden State Warriors. A lineup which features two guards and three small forwards as a way to space the floor and allow for Isaiah Thomas to drive.

The Celtics can feature their flurry of small forwards such as Crowder, Ojeleye and Tatum at the power forward spot. This would not only allow for the Celtics to space the floor, but also allow for them to play at an uptempo speed. Even on defense this gives the Celtics more versatility as they can switch at multiple positions.

Brad Stevens has always liked swiss army knife type of players. Players who can do a bit of everything. There is nothing more swiss army knife then a lineup featuring multiple small forwards who can guard different positions, as well as contribute on the offensive end.

Too Many Small Forwards, not a Problem for Celtics

If you don't have a SF that can rebound like a PF having all those SFs on the floor wont work like the Warriors or Cavs.

Draymond can rebound against 7 footers, LeBron & KD can get you double digit boards, that is why those teams can play small ball the way they do.
