I like Simmons but he needs a specific roster to have a big impact next year and a team may have to experiment with him at PF to get the best out of him. It all depends on where he goes and how they use him, having someone his size with the handle he has and putting him at the 4 could be extremely hard to deal with.

No homer, I think Celtics are the best spot for him as far as his development

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Where do Simmons and Ingram get picked if they were in last years draft???

1. KAT
2. Ingram
3. Russell (Sixers)
4. Simmons (Knicks)
5. Kristaps (Magic)

Sixers have wanted a PG for the longest, they'd take Russell and his shooting over Simmons. I don't think the Lakers would take Simmons if Russell isn't there, and I think Phil takes Simmons because he'd remind him of Kukoc, Odom and Pippen in that he'd have a big forward that can run offense.

Plumlee showed some good things this season and in the playoffs, but I don't feel he has a high ceiling and he's already older than these guys.

From the top 5, Oladipo has been solid and I think Len could be good if he can manage to stay healthy :manny:

Yeah I like both Oladipo and Len, it's just that Gobert and Giannis are clearly better than them.

He is a perfect fit for yall since you need a PF to begin with, I thought the best spots for him would be LA (If they move Randle), Portland or Boston. Anywhere with offensive guards that can play off the ball and could use someone setting them up.

We as the lakers franchise and fans have taken too many Ls these past 3 years, if we lose our pick tonight..I don't know how I will react. It will probably feel like a family member dying, I don't think I am ready to cope with this. Please Adam Silver, do us one favor.

This class has strong Seniors that may make some of the teams look stupid for overlooking them.

Hield, Payton Jr., Hammons, Brice Johnson, and Valentine can be good NBA players

If the Lakers keep their pick, I still think they should take Ingram even if Simmons is still on the board

@Reinscarf @Brady-Carter @Listen You Douchebags @CJ @Miggs @MVike28

The Knicks finished 7th-last. The Nuggets finished in a three-way tie for 8th-last, which means they’ll split the ping-pong balls for the Nos. 8, 9, and 10 spots, with the Nuggets landing an extra ball from the flip. What’s important from the flip, though, is that the Nuggets slot 9th, not 8th, which impacts Toronto’s most likely landing spot.

Based on the Knicks and Nuggets finishing 7th and T-8th=9th, the Raptors will have a 0.1687-percent chance of landing the No. 2 pick, or roughly a 1-in-593 chance. They will most likely pick ninth but could conceivably pick at Nos. 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12.

The Raptors will also select 27th with their own pick. They convey their 2nd-round pick to Memphis to complete the 2009 Hedo Turkoglu trade.

There's a chance we might get that 2nd or 3rd pick...an incredibly small chance.

Im fixated on Marquese Chriss so im ok not getting a top 5....I hope hes still around at 9...

hes going to be a beast in the league in a few years...

I think he's the pick too, he's a fit on some of the teams before us though. I'm happy if we end up with him, Deyonta Davis or Timothe Luwawu.

Mock simulator has us taking Chriss :lawd:

This might make up for BC/Casey not taking Drummond for another Washington prospect :shaq2:

Nothing will ever make up for that, he gave up on a potential franchise corner-stone for Thot. I remember watching the Behind the Draft special that summer and the entire room was like :ld: when BC called in to take Ross, and then BC was damn near orgasmic after selecting Quincy Acy :dead:

Man, I wish they still produced those Behind the Draft specials. In hindsight, it showed why BC didn't work. Dude's evaluation skills were trash. I remember one year Masai asked if they should trade for a early 2nd to take DeAndre Jordan and BC was like "Is he worth a 2nd though" and then that Bargnani year where he went berserk trying to trade for MARCUS WILLIAMS. :scusthov:
