When he was DNC chair he completely abandoned any progressive movement Howard Dean put in place in favor of the corporate pragmatic structure of the Dems today. He delivered Obama Virginia but he's just a lap dog with no real convictions for change or rallying a base. He can fundraise great but so can Little Debbie and Warren. With Hillary having major trust issues and problems with seeming too establishment I don't think another moderate like Kaine will help her at all.
