I don't know why he wants the 1 year deal. I could understand when K.J. McDaniels did it, cause he was going to a terrible Philly team and was going to get a lot of PT for them.
The Celtics are gonna be competing for the playoffs and Mickey will most likely be riding the bench for the bulk of the season.
I guess he wants to try to capitalize off the salary cap increase but doesn't seem the odds are in his favor.
