So is there any team that would have won the lottery that people wouldn't think it's rigged/conspiracy?
Burke is not the same as Kemba coming out. Burke has a 3:1 Ast/TO ratio compared to Kemba @ 2:1
MCW can't shoot. He's the opposite of what they need.
and let's keep it 100. Kemba was Trey Burke 2 years ago. The only difference was that Kemba actually won the National Title. They clearly feel they have their PG and SF already set. No need to start messing shyt up unless you feel you'll get something amazing for Kemba.
Who said anything about the 3rd pick? I'm talking about the 4th pick for a team that's very much looking to try to deal it. Either way I don't see Charlotte considering Oladipo at 4 (they'd have other options there). A guy they may look at (guys like Len, Plumlee, Bennett, Olynyk), will be there at 9. If they wanna shed a shytty contract like Tyrus Thomas they can do that and still get their guy.
The problem is Kemba.
He's a sixth man on a championship team.
I think Oladipo would fit better there than most people.
Oladipo wouldn't be playing PG. He'd be their SG (which is fine, they could use one, though they might wanna bring back Gerald Henderson). It's not the best fit for reasons others have mentioned, and Cho has been looking at adding another big either through the draft or attempting to max out Josh Smith or Al Jefferson or someone like that.
and moving up isn't even ideally what I'd do personally. I just know Flip has a thing for Oladipo.
Since the lottery was implemented the Cavs and Bulls have won it 3 times each.
I smell a rat
But seriously tho...
- Bulls got the 1st pick when they got Brand and Rose and Jay Williams didnt they? (Or was Jay a #2 pick? Someone look it up)
- Cavaliers got it when they picked Lebron, Irving and now this one.
Appears as tho some franchises seem to be "luckier" than others
Still better than the NFL system but we may need another overhaul of the system kinda like what they did after Orlando got it twice back to back?
The wizards. There is no storyline for that one
There was no real compelling storyline this year so maybe they just let it rock
that trade for boogie is a good play but its a bigger loss in the end because it'd be they say they arent trying for kang
Cleveland trading the pick is definitely a possibility
But I think another mediocre season, high draft pick, and saving their cap space for 2015 and praying for a Lebron return is their best bet
Irving, Waiters, Tristan, Noel, and another top 10 pick in a crazy draft next year could be very tempting to Bron
Kyrie is an excellent fit next to him
I think it'll all depend on Wade and how he holds up next year
But Noel not being ready right away will help Cleveland stay in tank mode... I'm with Walt tho, not huge on Noel...
As far as Celtics go, Shabazz, or a center
Bobcats need a starter who can hit the 3
Oladipo zero range
I'd draft Burke and just start my fail for wiggins
The draft is deep next year and the bobcats may have 3 lottery picks
Patience
