I guess, I rather have physical over digital any day though.
That physical copy can be foraged, manipulated or disputed. If it's tokenized on the Blockchain that can't happen so that's where the value of an NFT comes in to play. Like I said I understand where you coming from breh but NFTs are definitely a game changer and are here to stay. Right now it's just popular with collectibles but NFTs can be applied to a lot of shyt breh like say a deed to a house or a recording contract we're at the very beginning of this stuff ten years from the stuff we're dealing with will be waaaayyy different.

He didn't invest the majority of his money. In fact he put in about 5-10% like you said.

He was with The Browns for most of the year. They let him go and he became a free agent. He got paid by The Browns for the games he played plus they still owed him over $4 million. The Rams gave him 750k in salary for the remainder of the season plus a 500k signing bonus and another 3 million in incentives.

He allegedly only took the 750k in Bitcoin. Still has up to 3.5 million from The Rams, 4 million from The Browns, and at least 6 million in endorsements. Not to mention hell be a free agent in the off season and will get a decent contract.

Odell isn't hurting. He was better off investing in July or now when the market is down. Bottom line is that 750k isn't hurting him and he'll be okay once Bitcoin bounces back. Lot of people make the mistake of buying high. He'll learn from this.
Good to know, if you wanna throw 5% at that I'm never gonna criticize you. It's a decent investment you should honestly have a little money in everything.

There’s authentication for physical stuff though. Digital can also be forged or stolen.

Crypto fans:

WE UNDERSTAND

Its up and down blah blah blah

Here's what y'all don't admit to

One day its gonna go all the way down just like Beanie Babies and the housing bubble.

One day BTC will just be worth whatever its worth. Which it is trading at multiple times that now.

The OP illustrates an L of great proportions. Don't try to clean it up. This is the kind of shyt that can happen if you're not nimble enough during this

bubble

Does it really illustrate an L though?
Odell probably doesn't give a fukk about Bitcoin and got paid 1 million in fiat marketing dollars

Then when Bitcoin goes back up, which is something it's never failed to do in over a decade, he'll have double or triple

It's amazing to see how incredibly short-sighted a lot of nikkas are.

It's easy to see why majority would have sold AMZN when it was crashing down 75 or 90% in the early 2000s

The nikka you quoted will be here a year later calling it a bubble after OBJ has tripled his money from btc:mjlol:

Fools on here were calling him a genius, when really all he did was take 750k*(1-taxes) and made a risky investment. He could just as well have bought risky options, bet on KD winning the scoring league, short Peloton or any other risky investment.

I don't know why people still act like buying crypto isn't betting on something with a very indefinite and that there aren't other volatile investments with the same potential P/L

you have a point.

but it needs to be echoed that the government hates crypto. However, once it's "contained" they'll be all about it

The IRS is already asking if you move crypto, on the tax form. They'll have it under "control" soon enough.

Again, I fukks with crypto, but, I think it's the future, not the now.

The average man trying to flip crypto within a year is in a dangerous position. This shyt really for the whales, now. They prolly buying up more, now.
