With his skill set in our system, THJR could easily do what Demarre Carroll did and he's a more talented player. Keep in mind he's coming off the bench for us. Splitter could start for half the teams in the league, and you still gotta contend with Schroeder at backup point. Hawks have very good depth and 4 All Stars in the starting 5, I'll take our chances

:stopitslime: that bum ass nikka. how dare you say he's going to be demarre level

But breh even with Bosh, Wade & Deng healthy y'all just weren't a very good team. I see y'all improving this year but to 50 plus wins? Nah, I'd be surprised if y'all hit 45 wins

Cavs still don't have a lot of depth. They're still the favorite but I think we'll have a better reg season than them. No Kyrie, no Shump & no TT are huge losses to start the season off with

We'll see what CHI is without their best shooter in Dunleavy for a couple months. Still not sure what Noah is at this point in his career. Excited to see what Niko & Pau look like in Hoiberg's system
I do, we missed Bosh half the season that accounts for some wins. Whiteside improving or even maintaining the same impact over 82 games. Dragic balling. If the Heat are healthy there's no reason to not win 50 games unless Spo loses some for us which is pretty conceivable :heh:

And I didn't know Shump was hurt. Damn, how long? And I think Thompson signs something before October ends.

Bulls are a bit of a wildcard though

You realize when DMC got here from Utah he was barely a rotational bench player who had been in & out of the NBA and couldn't shoot for shyt. Bud made him a starter and within 2 years got him a $60 million dollar deal...THJR has been undisclipined and selfish during his NBA career, if he allows Allah to guide him to #HawkSet and Coach Bud's system he will feast

Shump just hurt his wrist...he's out 10-12 weeks.

How many teams has won 60 games in a season? 2?

And where you got the Bucks? It was hard leaving out the Pistons but Boston is deep with solid young players nobody near a star but dudes on that team can play and Stevens is a crafty dude. Really the 7-11th place in the East will very close IMO
I would put the bucks top 4. They have the talent and coaching. They prime to take the next step. They remind me of the 90s Orlando magic, young athletic and committed to getting better.

I can't be bias on my bulls, hoiberg could turn us around but it's very fair to assume not adding anyone to an already flawed roster could really cost us. We could end up a 5th 6th seed. Thibs was the reg season king it was the playoffs were he lacked. I don't know what we getting with hoiberg, could be Marc trestman on the bears all over again.

I'm only going go assume maybe 1 team wins 60.

And yea 7-11 in the east is wide open.

Knicks
Pistons
Boston
Pacers
Bobcats
Orlando

Could all make it, who knows

Bucks is nice and will cause problems as a defensive team but a team like the 90s Magic was successful because they had Shaq and Penny and shooters. Monroe is nice but not a monster, like a Pau Gasol type of player. Giannis is nice but unless he busted his ass this summer he's not a big scorer. Gotta see how Parker does for a full season though I do like him. 4th seed is possible though I just think that top 3 is locked and I'm not sure they'll outdo Atlanta.

And yeah y'all are a wildcard could be high as 2 or as low as 6. I'm not sure not adding anybody is that big of a deal because y'all win like 50 games with the same core even with Rose in street clothes it just depends on Rose playing a solid number of games and Noah being anywhere near his prime self.

I don't see Indy or Charlotte being in the hunt. Hibbert left a big hole, PG13 and Monta aren't carrying them and Charlotte just doesn't have anything on Knicks, Pistons, Celtics or Magic.
