from reading autobiographies of Presidential staff aids, this is how JFK, LBJ, and Reagan (heavily). It makes sense why they would do so. You really think a Community Organizer is personally tell the military what and how to do this jobs? Or the EPA? Presidents delegate power and agree/reject what their Cabinet wants to do.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I really love how when people bring up things like these they act like its breaking news. This is stuff I and alot of other people learned in 11th grade.

Unless you are not a history/politics buff you should know about the rules when it comes to the legislative,executive, and judicial branch. I'm telling you I am always amazed when certain people who only pay attention to politics once in a while or when something big happens(not saying you specifically man just using an example) all of a sudden they remember the Lowkey or Killer Mike video they watched and start talking to people like they are telling them things they don't know.
