Does the program include decriminalizing drugs? Does it include a major jobs program? Does it include a job training programs? Did Obama try to reallocate funds from the military to other areas that would help blacks?
The number 1 issue for black people is generational poverty. Number 2 is racially motivated policy. If this doesn't do much to address that then like I said the program is throwing rocks at an aircraft carrier.
