I'm eating oatmeal twice a day.
Now for breakfast I typically have it with someone berries for antioxidants and anti inflammatory shyts, I don't use butter or sugars...but since I've been eating it's 2x my breakfast oatmeal which is a full cup is just plain. Water and oats, sometimes milk.
For dinner I use a low sodium chicken broth, a pinch of salt, fresh blk pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Sometimes something cheese. Usually some broccoli or spinach. I haven't done mushrooms yet but it's gonna happen.
That there is half salmon just seasoned. The other half has habanero mango jelly on it.
