That nikka ain't from my city. Go find a random person from Oakland on Facebook and ask them if the city is getting better. For the first time ever where number 1 in the nation in robbery and number 3 in the nation as the most dangerous place to live. I guarantee if the mods traced his IP he'd be nowhere near Oakland.

Do the research yourself, you can either check the statistics or ask a random person you know from Oakland if you know any via social media or elsewhere. There's not 1 statistic that would suggest Oakland is getting better. Don't take my word for it, ask yourself how the 3rd most dangerous city in America according to the FBI and the nations leader in robberies is getting better.

You can't get much worse than being the 3rd most dangerous city and the city with the most robberies per capita in America. Think about it, according to the FBI you're more likely to get robbed in Oakland than any other city in America yet you have some a$$hole telling you that Oakland is safe and getting better.

It's so bad in Oakland that nikkas is scared to hangout on the corner. Drive thru the town on any day of the week and you won't see nikkas posted up on no block. I rode thru seminary and it was empty, I rode thru the Ville and it was empty, I rode thru Brookfield and it was empty besides the old drunks in front of the store.

I'm telling you as a real nikka from the city that actually goes back at least once a week that Oakland is worse than it's ever been. Even when Oakland was the murder capitol back in like 92 or whenever it was it still wasn't this bad. Back then if you got hit you deserved it or you was in the game, now days you have kids 8 and under getting killed.

Like I said, don't take my word for it you can easily find out on your own. I get heated when nikkas not from my city try to gloss over how bad it is, no nikka from Oakland will tell you the town is getting better. Every nikka I know from the town is trying to get out or have already gotten out.

I can attest to the fact that robberies are up in Oaklnad. nikkaz aren't just hittin licks on the turf. Cats now are hittin licks in Piedmont, Rockridge, Oakland Hills, The Lake (all affluent spots)

These nikkaz are now robbin thewhite folks that are doin the ride share/car pool up in Rockidge. They rob the Safeways up there and have been followin people home and robbin them when they open their garages

i believe you. im actually gon reach out to a couple my dudes from the bay. i need to holla at em anyway its been a minute. the one time i went to the city of oakland (years ago cant remember where exactly but we was in the hood somewhere) the gritty feel reminded me of Newark,NJ alot.(which alot of nikkas dont realize just how gully Newark and those surrounding towns is. there is maybe 1 white neighborhood in that whole city). reading your descriptions it confirms it Newark stickup kids will rob you for nothin. i done seen nikkas stickup a nikka for a lit blunt out there. it use to be like that in NY but thru biz,opportunities, gentrification and other social dynamics shyt has obviously changed drastically for most areas. most juxes out here NY now are for big paper but Newark is still the same like the 90's was robbing nikkas for crumbs and that shyt only 20 miles away .

Homie of mine is living in Oakland right now for bout 2 yrs now. He a white dude but he coo. He said there's certain streets he won't walk down day or night but he ain't complained too much about it.
