Find me 1 nikka that would say Oakland's economy is booming. From 73rd and International all way to 102nd it's filled with nothing but fukked up buildings and dopefiends and out of business stores. It's a few liquor stores functioning but that's it. The rest is all fukked up. No thriving Businesses from Foothill Square all the way past Seminary. East Oakland is a fukking dump once you pass the Lake Merritt area. Anybody that deny this haven't been to Oakland in years. Jack London Square and Lake Merritt don't count bytch boy.

I'm not a crime expert but this sound like good news to me....based on the info it sound like nikkas have turned they attention on robbing the white people,asians moving into they area instead of on each other....we all know nikkas avoid killing other races of people so they sticking to just robbery...which has caused the murder rate to decrease..nikkas don't have to rob each other for the little bit they do got and kill each other in the proccess....if that's what it takes to keep the murder rates down the cops should keep being slow to respond to a ipad bein stolen

East Oakland is depressing as fukk. That shyt is like a ghost town right now, nobody is hanging out because they don't want to be a victim. Yeah I have a lot of family still in Oakland, the nice part. Unfortunately a lot of nikkas and mexicans from the bad part go into the nice part to commit robberies and home invasions...they even rob old people walking around the neighborhood at gunpoint.
