Yeah he's done it for a long time. FWIW I don't think he did it way back in the day, but definitely started doing it in the late 00's and early 2010's. I always assumed he started doing it when his weight and health got really bad

Ironically, once not writing rhymes became a thing, these dudes raps became terrible, . I wonder what could have happened, . Flows and melodies is fire…it’s actually better to not try and “write” those, they’re something you feel, a vibe…but yeah, them bars always ass for a reason
