At the end of the day, soldiers, European slave traders, overseers, slave "owners" are human beings so what exactly is the point of you making that statement?

The fact of the matter is that the jobs these people do directly correalate to the type of people they are and affect the type of person they are when they arent doing those jobs. Cops are trained to be the disrespectful, overly assertive/aggressive individuals they are. I dont give a fukk for the justification of this training (anything can be justified) i just know that a operating procedure of being disrespectfull, overly assertive/aggressive to people FOR NO GOOD REASON is wrong and fukk anybody who disagrees with that.

But knowing that these people are trained to be disrespectful, overly assertive/aggressive individuals and do so on a day to day basis isnt it more logical to assume that this is how he reacted in his altercation as opposed to cool, respectful and levelheaded?

Well, if he did react this way to a stranger he better be ready for the consequences of doing this........and he wasnt.

The cop is definitely not an innocent party...the aggressor clearly asks why the cop pushed him at the beginning of the vid. The cop aggravated a situation he couldnt handle, w/ someone who was about that life.

The dude that gave him the beats definitely deserves to be locked up for a minute. It takes an empty soul to continue to beat someone who isnt fighting back and is seriously hurt. I know a lot of cats like that, who let their anger completely carry a situation to dangerous ends. Hes probably not fit for society.

You cant criticize the cat who filmed the beating. Sure he was laughing (probably drunk), but he tried to encourage duke to stop once things were clearly getting out of hand. Plus it was probably his recording that led to the arrest. Sorry, but we cant expect citizens to risk their personal safety and get physically involved in a beef and fight that they dont have anything to do with.

Cops have earned their bad reputation and mistrust among the public. Sure not all cops are "bad", but almost every cop known to man has subscribed to the "blue wall of silence", which has operated to the detriment of the people whom they are supposed to protect and serve for decades. Especially people of color.

NY prisons average 1-3 murders a year. There not even dangerous. Cats think prison is like OZ. My cousin just got home from a 2 year 2nd degree assault guilty plea, and he said it was a fukkin daycamp.

you believe that? it also depends on the prison that you go to too. they probably sent your cousin to a minimum security joint. i'm sure it's a whole different story in green haven, clinton max, southport, elmira and other max and med prisons with more serious and violent offenders. you put the worst of worse and there's going to be more bodies than that. not every murder or violent incident is reported especially being that it's prison and all.
