Only game that was made up in my time was this game we called Alien (based off the movies lol) with tag elements. We used to play it in a park playground that had slides, jungle gyms, monkey bars and shyt like that they were pretty close together. You can guess how the game was played. The playground was the space ship, you had 2-4 fast nikkas (2 xenomorphs and 2 facehuggers to start the game) and everybody else was crewmen trying to escape the game. The slides were escape routes (they were the ONLY way to escape), if you made it to them you won and were out the game. Stepping off the designated area through other means meant you were thrown out the airlock dead, you out the game. If you were tagged by the xenomorph player you got ate. You out the game
You got tagged by a facehugger, you become a xenomorph, the facehugger leaves the game and you continue to chase other players.Exhausting as fukk, we also had more rules but I forgot them. I think one of them was that fatties could never be xenomorphs

The father of one of my friends used to play handball with Kareem Abdul Jabbar all the time
those sporks were basically mashed potato throwers in my first elementary school.
I remember during my time in middle school there was another game similar to that was played with the plastic sporks distributed during recess.
Blow a clean hole through the opponent's spork gave you a one hit chance to break their bridge and end the game.
