It's true without that equalizer it's man to man. A lot of these younger nikkaz are scared of getting hit in the face or catching beat downs so they'd rather let their gun ring. Even if he's gang affiliated not all them dudes are loyal. Prison can have dudes turn on you for any old reason even if they're in your set. he getting touched, he 16 going to be 17 by the time he gets to prison, he will be doing at least 10 years before parole and the judge could even hit with a federal gun charge, he is going to be high risk because he posted that suicide stuff on FB, he going to be broken before he gets to prison not jail, not from another source or something like , i know a guard who i grew up with, high profile case like this, they will make an example out of him. Remember last year some Spanish guy shoot a cop and bragging he was a blood member, he was yelling at the reporters also, well when he got sent to prison he was destroyed, i don't think you understand, the system will make it hard on him in there, they not going put him with friends and make life easy in a high profile case.

Charges: He will be charged as an adult. He has been charged with attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. He has a record and will be charged as an adult.
