The Latinas
Last time I went to NYC I did some energy audits of nursing homes in the BX... lunch break, shooting the shyt with Dominicans and Ghanaians watching/arguing over the World Cup
Theres somethings about NYC u wont find anywhere else
I can always visit tho
South Bronx has too much public housing to go CACAs gentrified as NYC is becoming watch all these fukkboys dissing the Bronx flocking to visit it since it's gonna be the only version of authentic New York left in a few years.
Most of us aren't dissing the Bronx as a whole. As gentrified as NYC is becoming watch all these fukkboys dissing the Bronx flocking to visit it since it's gonna be the only version of authentic New York left in a few years.

The 196th parts of valentine, briggs, marion and Decatur is a hot spot...
shyt be popping off in broad day
What happens if I strut around saying I'm the "trillest nikka in the game" on some clown shyt?
I didn't feel like I was I danger either, even being a cac, but I can't imagine raising kids in most of the Bronx.I know but a lot of people outside of and some in NY shyt on the BX like its Vietnam in the 60s. I consider it a great place and even tho it has its fukked up areas like most cities, I can go anywhere in the BX and feel like nothing will happen to me. I still got family in the hood and make my way there every week.
The wack shyt is that because the decision makers only consider some parts of the BX valuable, the rest suffers. The Bronx has the most homeless shelters in the city and some landlords would rather convert their buildings to shelters for single moms/homeless and then get city/state $$$ in exchange for it. This keeps the undesirables outta the other gentrified boroughs and turns the BX into a dumping ground.
They will spend $$$ to put up new Yankee stadium and shopping malls but no real investment stays/goes into the community. IMO, the Bronx would be a great place to both practice group economics and preserve the flavor of the city. But it won't happen when we let outsiders come in, do what the fukk they want and then leave.
