That's not even the best part! The poor will enter through a hallway where the rich can watch them from elevated balconies. For premium entertainment, they will be given a variety of rotten vegetables to "motivate" the poor by throwing the rotten vegetables at them! They're clearly gaming the system and it's just another example of rich folks using the poor for their own ends. I think we're looking at two different things. Yes they CAN do this, but they SHOULD not.

I bet they checked to see if the janitor's cot in the basement counted as a residence. The living conditions on The Titanic weren't meant to be seen as a good idea.
