Our last 2 draft classes have completely turned this franchise around. DJ Reed is a top 5 corner too. Him and Sauce need to be this teams CB duo for the next 5-6 years. Jets could definitely be 3-1 after these next 2 games. Hopefully Zach is back this week

Flacco had a eureka moment knowing right then and there Garrett is a flat out #1 receiver and proceeded to treat him that way.

Tbh I think you can tell right away in todays NFL if a guy has that potential
The situation was so bad around Zach last year that I don’t want to make any definitive statements on Zach yet but I’m not gonna sit here and say I’m confident he’s gonna be that guy

I’m not saying they can’t struggle and then be serviceable eventually but in terms of if he’s gonna be a great QB yeah you need to see at least some signs right away In todays NFL.
Aside from Allen who else has looked ehh the first few years then turned out to be great?

I think you start to get a general feel for a QB in year 1. You see his traits and habits. A lot of QB’s, you’ll know right away if they just ain’t built like that.Ridiculous.

Last year, the whole story on him was ‘he had no weapons at all’ .. well he won’t have that excuse this year (whenever he comes back) I think you’ve gotta see some progression. He’s had all of training camp, so he should’ve been able to build some connection with everyone.

No. Jets fans just overdo it as always. Period. Ready to give up on someone not even 16 games in their career. At the quarterback position. The hardest position to gauge in football.
