Y'all are doing this for basically 1 year. This is the most short sighted move they've ever done. They've decided that if this team doesn't so much as reach the Superbowl, that it's not worth further investment because plan B going forward after this rollercoaster ends is still on your roster and he's Zack Wilson.
But these are the moves that happen when Joe Douglas and the rest of the roster though their personal pride and feelings were a dealbreaker when it came to either tanking for Lawrence or settling. These are the moves that happen when every team makes the playoffs in this area but this one.
