What happened to the FS1 deal?

Fox already getting skittish?

FOX has a deal with the Big East that says they have to air every Big East league game of the season across it's stations. Since Wednesday is usually College BBall night they might think they're not able to show NXT and Big East.

NXT Primetime with all the NXT guys who made it to the main roster + champs with a couple NXT regulars sprinkled in

USA on Wednesdays at the same timeslot would be a power move. I'm hoping for AEW to have success but gotta call it how it is.

To be honest outside of the last 15 minutes, most NXT episodes are easily skippable. That might change once they move though.

It could work

They have the star power and guys that don’t get enough tv time anyways

Plus they can always work in the 205 live guys and some former nxt guys or gals that were called up that they aren’t using or not using to their potential like Apollo crews no way Jose maybe even Sami Zayn...

They also have the nxt uk roster to pull people from...

And they have a backlog of talent that hasn’t even made tv yet that they can debut

I know I said earlier that it's a power move but I don't know if that means the show will maintain it's quality. Even if Vince doesn't get involved, we now have to deal with at least 30 minutes of commercials, while NXT currently is commercial free.

FS1 has Big East basketball on Wednesdays during College BBall season too, so they would've got shifted around.
