Well... if you're legit trying to compete ... WWE's best programming from a consistency standpoint is NXT. So... yeah ...

That said... NXT needs to stay on the Network.

So with them allegedly moving to FS1 are they officially no longer development
Are they a legit third brand option now
Triple H has been talking for years about wanting NXT to be just like Raw & Smackdown with touring and live events

This probably ruins NXT...but honestly from what we've so far seen from both promotions/brands....NXT's show will be better.

But as this turns into a rating war, one that I don't see NXT winning, you know Vince is gonna be all up in their creative and they're going to be crowbarring every WWE talent possible onto the show. So forget about NXT stars getting buried when they get called up...they're gonna get buried while they're still in NXT :mjlol:

Man, they might as well revive OVW because any sense of NXT being a developmental territory is DEAD. But it's been dead, so this is just the final nail in the coffin.

I really hope AEW can put out a compelling weekly product.

Looking at things now their roster leaves a lot to be desired.

They almost need a breakout star immediately once tv starts.

8 hours of WWE programming is just insane.

:snoop:
That’s the thing about AEW.. they have nobody the mainstream audience cares about . Jericho is bloated and way past his prime. Don’t care about the bucks or Cody. I’m only interested seeing omega wrestle talent already in WWE. Never gave a damn about dean ambrose. They better have punk in the bag but even then, after him being gone from wrestling so many years and getting his ass kicked by UFC jobbers, it’s not gonna make much of a difference. :manny:

I dont think yall realize how much talent is on nxt that doesnt get displayed on a weekly basis due to the fact that they only have 1 hour to work with and cant fit everybody in it, people who have wrestled at takeovers and then a month goes by without you seeing them on nxt because they have to take a backseat to whoevers up next for a title.. or dudes who were big names in the indies and recently signed like shane strickland and ACH

the only detriment to this is the live show aspect of it as theyre used to taping so it might be an adjustment and not come off as smooth as it does on the network since they can iron out any kinks before airing it in it's current setup, but at least by the time they get to raw/smackdown theyll already be prepared on how work a live show so there wont be a learning curve

this is all under the presumption that the actual development talent/nxt roster is made a priority in this and not whatever current main roster burnouts who will downgrade

Is this why HHH didn't take the Smackdown role? They might end up putting HBK on commentary too..
