Yes, Giulia more so since she is Japanese. Stephanie has wrestled for a lot of the Mexican promotions as well, mainly CMLL. They actually faced each other earlier this year in Stardom in Tokyo. First in a 6 woman tag on March 9th, then on March 10th for the NJPW Strong Women's title.
Those are the only times they have competed according to cagematch.

I watched that and I think it was all a work by Giulia. The ref counted Giulia's shoulders down for 3 when one was clearly up. I think she might have ad-libbed being upset and that threw Stephanie off guard.Looks like they patched things up
