I've noticed a lot of the girls recently (Rhea is just one example) are wearing cheek enhancer straps. Much like the Ultimate Warrior wore bicep enchancer straps. 
she really showed out last night
she has a horrible gimmick but didnt realize she could go like that in the ring

They gave Kiana that spot because they know she has potential and she showed out. She will get there. If you are going to watch NXT you gotta know patience is key.
