This is the real litmus test for Cody's drawing ability. This is the first time he doesn't have a hot brand or other area or former wwe star on the card with him. It's all on him and based on reaction here and on wreddit, this show is going unseen for another 70 years.

You started this thread too :dead:

Heard it was a solid show, with an amazing main event, despite the shytty audio issues. I don't think anyone expected Aldis to win the belt back, so that's an interesting swerve. Looking forward to seeing how he and Cody are used going forward.

Who is the chick Aldis had?

Kamilla Kaine. I have no idea who that is, but looking at her social media she used to be a Lingerie Football League player. She’s also 5’10” so she towers a lot of women.

Besides the production issues and weak card, I thought the show was good… The NWA National title tournament matches were too short and felt rushed, but the main event delivered.

Also elevated the NWA's profile in front of a much larger audience. With 11,000 people at All In and however many bought the PPV, it was probably the largest crowd to watch an NWA title match in decades.

In service of what, though? Obviously no one bought this PPV. Magnus doesn't work any major promotions so putting the title right back on him does nothing to build on that big audience from All In. The entire thing now is more clearly what it was from the start: Cody egostroking himself by booking himself to win the title his dad won on his own show.
