1. Frozen Bananas

Put this in any shake and it will instantly turn it into a milkshake. Feels like I'm cheating out here.
I throw in some combo of milk, whey, oats, and sometimes greek yogurt in the blender. Adding a frozen banana to that will make it taste like a straight up cheat meal. I used to struggle to get these shakes down before frozen bananas, and now I look forward to them.

2. Drinking Water Immediately After Waking Up

Got this tip from Athlean X's channel. Ever wonder why you wake up sluggish in the morning even after getting a full night's rest? You're dehydrated when you wake up since your body got no nutrients for the eight or so hours you were asleep. So drinking two bottles of water as soon as you wake up will get you right.

I noticed I'm way more alert and have more energy to start my days now after chugging water first thing in the morning.

You really don’t be needing carbs like that. Starchy shyt like white rice is unnecessary. Bloats you out for no reason. Cut that shyt out.

Everyone’s different. I don’t need them daily but I do need carbs. Starchy or otherwise every 4 to 5 days.

I burn 1000 active calories on my off day because of my job. OP may be in the same boat.

But I agree that not all people need carbs. Fat people don’t need them at all.

Just found out you shouldn't eat tuna everyday. I been eating that shyt everyday for like the last week and a half :martin:
That shyt high af in sodium. I ate some last night and looked at the can like :huhldup:
Also gotta watch your mercury and iodine levels.
Learned that from Pimp C "ate so much shrimp I got iodine poison"
I was like lemme google that

Exactly! I never tripped off the sodium it was the mercury I was concerned about. Now I gotta go look at the sodium.
