No they don't. Barack Obama was not known commonly as the first "biracial" president. He was simply called the first "black" president.

Only few people ever use that term "biracial". Its mostly black or white. For example, nobody right now is saying Kaepernick is a "biracial" QB being whiteballed by the NFL. They say he's a black QB.

The only time the word "biracial" is used is when the person is not clearly identifiable as black then people use that word so as to say the person ain't white. But typically if you look black, you are called black in America. Barack Obama being the most prominent example.
