you are a troll moron. over the top and emotionally
for a random white women based on 10 seconds of video that shows no rape or assault or forced anything. You are trying so hard it's probably likely you are not black and just some annoying reddit troll.
You should stop pointing the finger and realise how you share more in common with the worst white people have to offer. Your behaviour is reminiscent of the tales of people during the Salem witch hunts. Screaming witch, in this case reddit troll, to bring an end to things you can't understand.
Ignorance.
You in here arguing that universities shouldnt take rape victims at their word? w
da hell.
Posting emotes denoting incredulity doesn't make you right. Rather than just disagree with me for the sake of disagreeing with me, why don't you consider the consistency of your positions. Ironic when you're trying to present me as a hypocrite.
You believe that footage of a woman getting her ass slapped, after wailing "no" whilst trying to cover herself as she ran away naked, is not enough evidence. Yet you're now trying to act as though requiring more than someone's claim before taking the butcher's knife to someone's life is an insane position.
you are literally ignoring due process and branding this man a rapist and calling it sexual assault based on 10 seconds of video. there are process in place to allow everyone to have the chance to accuse and defend themselves, so idiots like you can't jump to conclusions that you feel like reaching. yall just write stuff for daps, just to be writing whatever sounds good.
No, I am not ignoring due process. I support this matter going to court, I support the jury reviewing the evidence, and I support the jury making their decision.
I am not branding him a rapist. I believe I made it pretty clear that people shouldn't be calling rape because there is not evidence of that taking place. I do however recognise that he committed a sexual assault and 10 seconds of footage is more than enough to reach that conclusion.
The act was committed in the UK, no?
Sexual Offence Act 2003
(1)A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a)he intentionally touches another person (B),
(b)the touching is sexual,
(c)B does not consent to the touching, and
(d)A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
(2)Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents.
(3)Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.
(4)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;
(b)on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.
10 seconds is more than enough to see that he intentionally smacked her naked ass, that she didn't consent, and that within the circumstances he didn't have reasonable belief in her consent.
