1. No it is not the same. Police being filmed are usually in public places which means that anything the HUMAN EYE can see, can be filmed WITHOUT consent and they cannot LEGALLY tell you that you have to stop recording. It is also why dash cams and body cams FOR the police are legal, because again in a public space filming anyone and anything you can see with your naked eye is legal. A hotel room is NOT a public space. So this statement is plainly false. The only thing a person can do is sent you a Cease/Desist order if you then use that picture or footage on an outlet of some sort.

2. Touching ANYONE when they don't want to be LEGALLY is assault. And if that person is nude and in a "sexual situation" then yes it can be legally defined as sexual assault. This ain't rocket science my nikka.




Laying with someone nude is NOT consent. Consent is if the encounter continued and she did not protest and was lucid enough to protest if she wanted to.

This happened in England. The legal system there is different from America. Could go on about the fact that even though some elements are shared, y'all trying to attach American law to a foreign country is so insane.

nikkahs have no legal training. No college credits. No law school credits . No JD. Nothing, but trying to explain shyt to you legally when they know fucc all about the technical parts of the law.
