shyt like that is why the Patriot Act should have never been enacted under Bush and definitely should not have been extended and broadened under Obama.

The Patriot Act was put together and enacted out of reaction instead of prevention.

I don't agree with it but I understand the principle of it's need. It's just a shame that it couldn't have been discussed and put together objectively before fear and insecurity made it what it is today.
