Corny Coli militantsWhy are people celebrating this?
A building that has stood since the middle of the 1200's. And is one of the most popular attractions in the world. Being ignorant isn't funny.
You guys are acting like it's already ashesSad to see. I know some of you don't care about an old building in Paris, but it's 800 years old. It's historical and is a national monument. The building lives in folklore and will forever be known based on The Hunback of Notre-Dame book and movies.
fukk outta here. What's with the smiley? As a History major, this is a tragic event. The cathedral survived invasion, the French Revolution and Nazi occupation of Paris only to fall because of an incompetent construction worker.
That's unfortunate
I wonder what's going to happen to the construction worker who accidentally started it
ColiTLR lames really making jokes out this
...nikkas crying over a fukking building .
Being from the area where these churches burned down this is interesting. 3 100+ year old black churches intentionally burned down gets 2 pages but here you already have 5+ pages of "Black" people upset about a French church being accidentally set fireMeanwhile where’s the thread on the three black churches burned down and a cracker arsonist was caught? :
You guys are acting like it's already ashes
The roof is on fire, the building is made out of fukking stone. They're gonna have to rebuild their spire, boo-fukking-hoo.
Y'all are crying over a piece of architecture that symbolizes a lot of murder and oppression throughout history that can be re-built.
I don't see anyone crying over the millions of lives that have been lost to French Catholicism, which CAN'T be rebuilt.
I'm not trying to sound like a tryhard militant, but
fukk outta here. So the roof burned down of one of the most photographed buildings of all time.
As a "history major" you should be millions of times more upset at the countless lives lost to French colonialism and Catholic oppression that can never be rebuild and were never documented.
"But it's a piece of white european history "
