2pac was a big HBK fan and was planning to reference him in his rhymes, sadly he was gunned down before he had a chance to do it.

I just posted a source. Redman (arguably the funniest, most down-to-earth rapper of all time) gave a full-throated reference to Shawn mike in his classic 1996 album.

2pac was a wrestling fan growing up. He just happened to be preoccupied with his demons and the Biggie beef so he never got a chance to record anything about HBGOAT.

Trust me, he was a big HBK admirer. RIP Pac.
