There's a scale range applied for the vet min in the NBA.
But your sources are a bit off, Vuc is going to get around the 20M on the market. May be a little lower, but def not the vet minimum lol

We're not paying him 20 mil per. 20 mill total maybe but we won't bring him back for that kind of money. I'd be shocked if they did that as it wouldn't make a lot of sense based on what we're doing.
