Crazy series and game 7. I wanted Denver to win but put money on Minnesota to win the series and the championship so my money looking good.

Ultimately Denver depth bit them. They had nobody even looking to score other than Joker and somewhat Murray.

Minnesota gameplan worked. Shutdown everyone else and tire Joker. They got 3 big guys on rotation and Joker was gassed in the 4th.

Denver was missing something that made them special last season, really disappointing title defense IMO, I expected better from them, especially since there was no dominant power that emerged out West, just some up & coming hungry teams like Minny/OKC

lost a game at home by 30 (game 2), lost a series clinching game by 45 (game 6), blew a 20 point lead at home in a game 7

When your 2nd and 3rd options only score 20+ in 2 of the 7 games that's a problem. Porter scored a combined 35 in 5 of the games.

How many did Murray have in the 1st half last night? 24 and finished with 35. Joker had 14 in the 4th. And outscored the rest of the team 21-16 in the 2nd half.

Obviously that doesn't tell the whole story the Nuggets played sloppy in the 2nd half and wilted under the pressure. They looked like the visiting team who failed to adjust to the altitude.
