Proud of the O's, though. If you told me in ST that they'd win the ALE and 100+ games I'd have been
right in your face. Arrived about a year ahead of schedule, for sure. Still, they were up against it this whole series. Felt like KC in '14 all over again.
Hopefully ownership doesn't cry poor (payroll's already close to minimum!), 'cause we really need some upgrades - and not these old fringe vets they always go after. Start with LF and 1B (respect to Mount and Hays/Hicks). Wouldn't hurt to add an ace-type SP as well as a couple BP reinforcements, especially since the Mountain's likely out for '24.
