MLB has a problem. Baseball is not the sport where having 6 days off benefits you. The top seeds are getting fukked.

A week off doesn’t help you in baseball. It’s not a physically taxing sport like football. In baseball you want to get into a rhythm and ride it. A week of not seeing actual live pitching throws you all the way off.
Football is the only sport where a bye actually gives you an advantage.
