This is the least I've ever been interested in a World Series. My Lions were on MNF so I didn't watch any of the game tonight but I barely watched game two because it was a blowout and I was more interested in the NBA on Friday.

I've been saying for a while that there is a serious lack of star power in the league. There's just so few guys that have great performances year after year for any prolonged stretch of time. Trout, Cabrera and Pujols are basically the only guys of the last 20 or so years to do put up a decade straight of dominant play.

Every other sport has some tentpole guys you can point to every year and everybody knows who they are. Baseball is a complete crapshoot.
