Wi-Fi works perfect at all my locations...i don't know how Samsung customer service gets down but they respond very quick on Twitter..them, T mobile, Postmates...it's funny how fast they want u to DM them over any issues.

I haven't had any issue with mine. I never let the battery die 100% though.

The only issue I had with mine is a small bit of lag around the time the last update released, it's back up to speed and blazing fast now. Phone still blows me away daily
