Not eating much but still having a gut unappreciation

eat every 3 hours. excersize. your metabolism will be so on point it's gonna start being hard for u to get drunk. shyt's gonna run right through u.

sandwiches candy,rice chicken thats about it :yeshrug:

Cool, but I would cut out the candy, ditch sandwiches unless it is whole grain even then I would cut that out down and only eat brown rice. You should also look to increase your activity levels.

Your body is trying to store fat because you're not eating much. It's healthier to eat small meals more frequently so that your body feels it will always have food in which to burn, therefore boosting your metabolism.

if you do in fact look like that person

1) start a free weight lifting routine
2) start knowing what you eat from a calorie standpoint
3) answer my question about liquid calorie consumption
