I remember sitting in a policy session with some dudes who were heavy into the goings on's on the peninsula. They basically surmised Pyongyang would be like Hitler's strategy when Berlin was being overtaken and that the regime wouldn't be hard to defeat. The issue is you have generations of people who have been brainwashed to believe in this one thing and that was extremely difficult to change which where the danger would come in. During Phase IV folks would be doing all types of guerilla style attacks. I thought these dudes were fos the more they kept going on, the more I found myself agreeing.
