i'd expect china before russia. even then i doubt china really wants a war with their biggest consumer.

That said, it was recently shown Russia helped NK with the nuke tech and have been providing them with aid to negate the sanctions. I don't think Russia would do all that without an endgame...

All of this talk about missile defense tech is trash imo. I have not seen any proof that any nation can reliably knock out a super sonic projectile even in a test environment let alone in a real world scenario with no advanced knowledge of a launch.

Yep, this is also what I am thinking. It seems that all that anti missile stuff is PR and Psy-OP. People seem unable to do it in real life. Otherwise, it would've been easier to shut down NK missiles and to show them that all their actions are useless.

My hypothesis : people are scared to shoot at those missiles because they know they will miss.

NK is literally exposing them.

The whole concept is akin to shooting a bullet out of the air with another bullet.
