Nothing will happen unless we're able to convince China that relations between them and the US will suffer without a NK resolution. Here's the thing though, the Chinese are probably open to taking him out but only on their terms, the roadblock has always been the US...NK only continues exist today because the Chinese want a buffer zone between them and American influenced SK...If the US were to completely remove themselves from the peninsula (never going to happen) SK and China would remove the fat kid with the supercuts special the next day..
