What serious Military would do that? He has to look strong to his people. Saddam did the same thing, until he went into hiding in a rat hole.

being part korean, and reading alot about the news i feel like im pretty qualified on the topic.

if n. korea were to do anything, they would be instantly obliterated. think of the original desert storm where the usa army pretty much destroyed the entire iraqi army in like 2 days.

the only issue would be n. korea attacking s. korea, and seoul. n. korea doesn't have missiles that even have a chance to harm us citizens, but n. korea def has armaments that could wreck havoc on millions of innocent lives in seoul. seoul has a higher population density than new york city. the human loss of life in asia would be compeltely devastating and possibly do irreparable harm to s. korea's blosseming industries (samsung, LG, kia, etc).

even more troublesome is the millions of refugees that n. korea would have. those guys are probably in the stone age. they're ignorant ppl that probably farm rice paddies and don't kno about the internet, modern technology, etc. who would take care of these ppl? china?

the entire n. korea situation is a tragedy. the only way the situation could be handled properly is if china was on board, but china is using them as a strawman against usa.
